All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and despatched by 2nd class mail free of charge.
If you require a faster service, select the First Class or Courier option at the shopping basket page, for which there will be an additional charge. Selecting one of these options does NOT guarantee next day delivery unless you contact us by phone or email to confirm we can meet this requirement. Please note to ensure next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm for the courier service or 4pm for First Class Royal Mail.
Airmail options are available at the shopping basket page. If you require an International Courier service please email the details of your order for a quote.

You can pay online using the secure credit card facility. When you have selected your products, click on ‘pay by credit card’. A receipted invoice and credit card slip will be sent when the goods are despatched.

If you would prefer us to invoice your company, click on ‘pay by cheque’ and an invoice will be sent when the goods are despatched. Our terms are payment within 30 days of date of invoice by cheque or BACS. For this option, please quote a Purchase Order number
