The contents of this training package are protected by Copyright Law. Unless otherwise stated the Copyright of all images in this package are owned by Shot in the Dark.

This training product may only be modified in accordance with the terms as specified in the Licence for Use. Any other modification or duplication for whatever use or purpose is strictly prohibited, without the express written permission from the Producers.

Written permission includes the issue of an Authorised User Licence. Application Forms are available on this CD.

Any unauthorised use of this programme or its contents could give rise to legal proceedings.

Licence for Use
This licence permits the purchaser to use the training package within one company only.

If your company has more than one site the training pack may be used at a maximum of ten sites. If you are an independent training consultant you may use the package during your normal course of business at an unlimited number of companies but please note the contents of this training package are not to be sold, loaned or given to a third party without the written consent of the publishers.

The package has been designed to enable you to customise your training specifically for your organisation or audience. Please make the most of this resource by inserting your own images and customising the script, as appropriate.

Whilst we encourage you to incorporate your own company logo into the materials, the Shot in the Dark logo must remain (at least) on either the first or last screen of your presentation.

The content is designed to be adapted to suit your needs, within your business. However, if used by consultants, please note that an acknowledgement must be included that this package was designed and produced by Shot in the Dark.

“Avoiding the Haphazards” cannot be reproduced and sold to a third party for profit in whole or in part.

Customised copies of “Avoiding the Haphazards” cannot be passed to a third party as the copyright of the content remains the property of Shot in the Dark. The Licence for Use only authorises the purchaser to use, customise and deliver the content whilst it remains in the possession of the purchaser.

If consultants and independent trainers wish to supply clients with their own copy of either the complete “Avoiding the Haphazards” package or your customized version, Shot in the Dark can issue a licence to avoid infringing copyright law and to protect your client from suspicion of piracy, infringing copyright law or illegal duplication. A fee is charged to cover the issue of the Licence and registration of the client as an Authorised User. Please contact Shot in the Dark for further details. If you use Shot in the Dark video (or DVD) products as part of your training, you will be aware that it is illegal to copy these products or to supply non-Shot in the Dark copies to a third party. However additional copies can be purchased from Shot in the Dark at special Consultant rates, to enable you to provide your clients with the materials used in your training delivery

Whilst great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the content of Shot in the Dark products, the Producers disclaim any liability for loss, injury or damage arising from omissions, inaccuracies, application or interpretation of the materials.

Discounted rates for consultants to purchase additional copies of any of the products can be negotiated for between 10% and 25%, depending on quantities purchased and frequency of purchase.

The fee for Avoiding the Haphazards Authorised User Licences is 75% of the cost of the original programme (per client).
